From someone who had the xied's installed, I must day that I am happy. It does run cooler, and it runs better than it did stock. I only changed the mufflers at this point. That being said, I still want to eventually upgrade to a Tts. one thing I noticed is my mileage dropped 10mpg, still happy though.

That sounds like quite a drop in fuel mileage.  That's close to 25% loss.  I would question whether or not it's still running closed loop.  It's one thing to fool the O2 sensor, quite another thing when they are not functioning.

That seems like a lot, maybe it's due to the cold temps ?  :nixweiss:
Mine actually didn't change that much with the 96" and the Bassani RR. I have noticed that the 110 doesn't get very good mileage stock, so it will be interesting to see what I get with the complete exhaust change and the XIED's  :nixweiss:

waiting for warmer weather :coolblue:

You might need them some to get there, and folks there might give your the hairy eyeball when they see you not using them there, but I doubt you'll need them while there then.  :-)

Maybe I will trailer to Pensacola and ride down the gulf side. :nixweiss:
I have been wanting to make that ride for a few years, and the weather has been to dang cold.
I was needed when I went to the Arctic Circle in June of 2008, but it was almost 70 the day we left Fairbanks. :huepfenlol2:

Hi all.  Must say that this was the best $100 that I have spent on my bike. Ultra 07  with true duels, and air intake system.  I have had to do several mods to get it running close to acceptable stock.  Still had Decel popping which was driving me crazy and hot engine and not very good throdle response at low end...  This no more after install of xied's. easy install, looking back in time I should have done this ealier.  About a year ago I took my bike in to have it dinode and took the mechs word that it could not get any better...  He was totally off the mark.  I am as happy as can be with this up grade.  Just do it!!!
