Karen's "Congratulation Giants" picture reminds me of the movie "Tora, Tora, Tora" meaning "Tiger, Tiger, Tiger" and the resolve to wake a "Sleeping Giant" statement.

Although I think it was the Cardinals that woke the Giants.

But, I think it shows a lack of class to boo a player or coach.  But that's just me.  I will not do it.  You're right about Tommy wearing it as a badge of honor.  He loves it actually.  Back in the 90s the Dodgers knocked the Giants out of first place in the NLWest for the Braves to take first place in the pennant race.  He said anyone but the Giants was okay with him...har!  This has been a long standing animus between he and the Giants.  Mostly in good humor and part of what makes Baseball great.
