I am pretty sure you have a hyd. Clutch.  Check your fluid level.  If its low you have a leak some where.  As your clutches wear your fluid level will increase.  That's why you should never overfill this.  It uses dot 4 brake fluid make sure you do not get any on any painted surfaces.  You still may have a problem with the clutch master cylinder or clutch actuator.  The clutch actuator is under the clutch release cover and I believe they are serviceable on our bikes.

Wow... That's a little scary! Call the dealer and make them come pick it up and fix it... This is an obvious warranty issue with a nearly-new bike like yours.

Don't you do it! Let the Dealer Screw your paint up. DOT 4 is very hard on paint if spilled.

Try pulling the clutch in  5 or 6 times, if your bike has been sitting awhile the fluid has drained from the plates. This happened with my 07 Road King and it solved my problem. Hope  that that will solve your problem. And like others here have said, just say no to the steelerships.

Don't let the wife find out. She might let the air out of your tires to get the house painted!   :P

I will be interested in what you find out.  This is my first CVO and first wet clutch.  Just seems odd to me after having a cable for so long.  It must work though since most of you have one.  Good luck
