Well it looks like riding will not happen any time soon.  Doc said I really need a proximal and distal patella relocation/alignment now.  The tendon reattached in wrong place so this time major surgery, grinding down bone, relocating patella, and putting 4.0 screws in it to hold it in right place with hard brace in fixed, outstretched position for 8 weeks with no weight on leg accompanied by xrays every week to make sure it grows back correctly.  Surgery on the books for later this month.  I'm still in denial and not completely convinced I need (or should I say want) surgery even though I got two second opinions from#1 knee guy in Georgia and Emory University Sports Med specialist.  All I can think of is wow, my washer and dryer is downstairs... 

So anyone want to buy an orange Vrod or red Ninja?
