Yes, we do. He gets dark, like he is in the pic. above. That was taken in the summer months. During the winter he gets a bit lighter, kinda greyish. Like I said, he's the best small dog we've ever had. Agile, great personality, no trips to the gromers, not a big food bill, qiet( but loud if he needs to bark, protective w/ the kids, oh yeah and the poop is small (had to get that in), no huge land mines in the back yard. Sounds like a great dog...I'm afraid the skeeters in my back yard would have a field day with one of those though, so I'd better stick with the Terriers for a smaller dog. The little Australian Terrier I've had for the last 11 years is also a good size...rambunctious at times, but a sweet dog. And the poop is Tootsie Roll size as well.
The 90lb Greyhound, on the other hand, can lay some nice ones, and the distance they fall does not help matters...fortunately, he NEVER has accidents in the house, and goes well out into the wooded part of my yard to "do his business", so the land mines are kept to a minimum.
