 :orange:
Put in my Hayden tensioner, barnett kevlar extra plate, evolution spring, and clutch wiz today.
All I can say is WOW. Went to put into 1st gear and heard nothing.
Primary is a lot quieter, neutral is no problem, and front wheel wants to come off pavement when shifting to 2ND.
Thanks to all whom suggested this setup.

What oil did you use in the primary? I was trying to locate some Spectro Primary oil in Vancouver Canada but no luck even amazon seems like they won't ship this to Canada.

After a lot of research I decided to go with Rottela T. 1 gallon 14 buck which will get me 3 primary changes.

BB Wolf, I put a Hayden Primary tension in my Evo in the late 90s., and it was smooth and made no noise when shifting from neutral into first. However, the spring broke twice. then I installed a version with two springs and that broke also, so I put the stock adjuster back. Just  for the record I had a reputable shop do the work. I have heard a lot of good things about them on the site and am not knocking the Hayden tensioner, just saying what happened to me.CAHDBIKER

Cahdbiker thanks for your reply. I thought the chain was tight when I installed it. What happened when spring broke? Was ther a strange noise or major damage? I will be a little nervous now about springs.
