It's nice to have a bike that's properly tuned and does not have any decel pop.  The difference may be the 1.75 cores you have in your mufflers. My tuner feels the 4 1/2" High Output mufflers are what is causing the pop. I may try putting the stock mufflers on to see if his theory is correct.

Any time you open up the mufflers for increased flow you are subject to creating a decel popping issue, and it's not just a problem with those High Output mufflers.  If your tuner is just telling you this sort of thing instead of fixing the tune, you have a problem with your choice of tuner.  If you've checked for exhaust leaks and fixed any that may have been found (which is the first step that should be taken when trying to diagnose and eliminate a popping problem), a good tuner can fix the problem.  Reinstalling the stock mufflers won't prove much of anything, unless you intend to keep them on the bike and abandon those HO mufflers.

Interesting that you can't completely eliminate pop on a 14 or newer. I have zero pop at any range under any load.

According to Doc it is something to do with the Canbus and when injectors shut off.  He did got mine set so the pop is very rare now.  Like 2 times in 700 miles now.

2014 CVO Limited, Fullsac Dx pipe with 1.75 cores and a TTS tune. Never have heard a pop in 3500 miles.

103's for some reason do not have the nasty pop that the 110's do with a similar Fullsac set up.  My wife's 15 Road Glide special, Fullsac DX pipe, 2.25 cores in CVO cans, and Fullsac TTS Map has never popped in the 3000 miles she has had the bike.  My CVO with the same set up but a map for the 110 would pop ALL The time.

Those pipes can be tuned to not pop.  However, those pips have to little restriction for a 110 or 103, so they do not make as good a torque as some smaller pipes like a 2.0 core.  Those High Outputs have a 2.50 core.

My tuner was able to eliminate the majority of the decel pop after the original tune also. Mine is intermittent also. I mentioned placing the stock exhaust on only to confirm what my tuner stated about the large diameter mufflers. Sounds like he is in agreement with Doc on this being a combination of the new CAN ECM on the 14 and 15 110 engines and the large output mufflers. This condition is annoying as i did not have any decel pop on my 13 UCEG. I guess it's apples and oranges since the ECM on this shower head 110 is different.

Last Friday I installed the Fullsac DX, 2" cores, screens and TTS map from Fullsac.

I have put about 250 miles on it over the weekend and no decel pop.
