Title: 2013 rear fender question

I just picked up a 2013 rg cvo and the rear has the cvo lights on the side and also the tri bar on the bottom of the filler panel fender extension. All the other cvo I see it doesn't have the tri bar at the bottom. Did they come both ways?

Mine looks like yours but with that light in the second pic. I like it without that light.
