If you have an '11 or later model with the 103ci option.

Yeah I just saw the 103 in the description.

Is there really a difference on the trans cover that would prevent it to fit the 110"

Stop by your favorite Harley dealership and compare the side cover on a late model 103 to yours.  I think you will find that the CVO side cover with a hydraulic clutch is quite different.
