I have recently had my head's in jugs and new pistons I keep blowing out the rear head gasket on my 1994 Donna what could cause this

The cylinder base or crankcase not perfectly flat. The torque may not have been proper sequence or torque amount. Lastly your not allowing motor to properly warm up before twisting the throttle.

Ive had that problem with my 89 FLT Evo also! After a couple of tear downs over the years for the same problem I went back to using Dino oil. I was using synthetic oil change & changed it over to dino oil & I also let it warm up before riding. My problem has been solved!

If one looks closely, you'll see that the cylinder base on an Evo IS NOT machined.
They turned the spigot OD, but you'll see when they stopped, and did not pull the tool out/away.
