Title: Tank console
Post by: Morningwood on October 09, 2021, 08:33:33 PM
Howdy, some scumbag scratched my black tank console on my 2020 street glide. Not sure if I can get this repaired or need to buy a new one. I can not find a Harley replacement for this part, anyone have an answer ?.

I dropped my helmet on my dash of my 19 RG and dealer ordered a replacement for me. Wasn't that expensive if my memory is correct which often it is not--

you won't find it on the p&a website.  you have to look in the oem parts catalogs.  if you're talking about the cvo street glide dash, be prepared to open your wallet.

you don't specify cvo in your post, but this is a cvo site, so one would assume that's what you're talking about.  if not, look up the regular street glide console in the appropriate manual.  and it will be considerably cheaper.

Skratch is 💯 on that, the metal CVO sticker from my console was in bad shape and H-D wanted $70 for a new one, also couldn’t order it without VIN and proof of ownership…I passed.

Yes, I do have a CVO Street Glide, thanks for all the input. My dealer quoted $550 for the part.

Maybe you could use your insurance to help cover the cost?? Of course it would depend on your deductible.
