Oh yeah about the oil filters, good stuff, I’ve been using hiflo filters for some time now. I have dissected them looking for particles in the pleats but don’t recall how the bypass worked. Now I gotta go open one up.

HiFlo looks to be the same as K&N, even the same part#????

I was thinking the same thing... interesting that they both carry the same stock/item number - KN-171C (https://www.knfilters.com/kn-171c-oil-filter).
