I think that IPA beer should be called 'Happy Beer'....   Picked up some Hop Notch from Total Wines today.... Will be trying it out tonight   :huepfenjump3:

Just give me a LITE!!!!... and lots of em!!  :) I do like Shiner and some other Ambers and some Black Lagers ever once in a while! Sam Adams, Guiness ect.  :drink:  but as far as the real hoppy  :huepfenlol2:  IPA's, drink em all, I don't mind at all!!  8)

Hob Notch is certainly Hobby.. defiantly a taste to acquire  :confused5:  -  Think i'll stick with Super Brock for awhile

Will try that Hopnotch.  Harpoon makes great IPAs, too.

So far my favorite homebrew has been a double IPA that is dry hopped.  Not too malty.

Monday is the new Friday, today.   :drink: :drink:

Agreed....we have some mich ultra or somthing..mexicah bombs at my house , 1600 be there and help a brudda out,  aged tequilla dropped into mich light, shoudl help it... ;D

When I tried the Hop Notch last weekend my taste 'buds' said YUK  :'( , But there was just something about that Hoppy IPA taste that stuck me with me all week.  So another trip back to Total Wines to pick something different.. Trying the Stone IPA right now and its not Bad.  It's growing on me   :2vrolijk_21:


FOLLOW UP REPORT:  
OK just finished a pint of STONE IPA and defiantly grows on you,,  lots of things going on with taste,, hard to explain, goes from a citrus to a nutty pine and gets better as it warms,   little upset that i only brought home 1-pint.. im ready for another  :(  think im becoming a 'STONE' head  :beerchug:

Im really enjoying the IPA beers especially the Stone IPA.  Another trip back to Total Wines yesterday early evening, Wife got some wines, i picked up 6 one Pt. (5 Stone IPA and one Ruination). I saved the Ruination for last and enjoying this one right now,,   :2vrolijk_21:
