So I'm in Beize, relaxing with my wife on the beach. I order a bucket of their local beers. She tells me they have 3. A light lager (pictured above), a regular and a dark beer. When I get the bucket, one beer is opned for me and the others just "popped". I pour the beer that is open and it is the dark. So I look at the labels. I had ordered one lager, 3 regulars and one dark. All of the bottles are the same. So I call her over and explain that I wanted 3 regulars and one dark, not all dark. "That is what I gave you" she tells me in her Caribbean accent. "But all the labels are the same" I protest. " I know" she replies..."that is how they come". "Soooo, how do I tell which is which?" I inquire. She holds one of each up to the light and says "see how you can see thru this one betta? That is the regular." HAHAHAHA!

I'm very pleased to see that youse guys are still spending an awful lot of time talking about the food of the Gods!This one is still my favourite though. It's probably worth the air fare just to come over and try it.
