How true that is, they just LOVE when I come home at 5am and my Sampson True Duels are BARKING thru the neighborhood!! I actually had one lady threaten to call the police, I told her go ahead! Because the bike has current plate, current inspection, Insurance and I have a license, and what are they gonna do?

Some people are just narrow minded.

When I rode dirt bikes (dinosaur times), they had stingers and occasionally a crabby neighbor would wake up to find a neat donut or figure 8 in their front yard.  Never once charged them for landscaping, and never recall getting a thank you, either.

Holy Crap! I remember those days when European bikes ruled the off road world... and we only terrorized the golf courses! Lots of green jumps and sand traps for berms. Of course the greens keeper didn't like us too much......

Since Mark is already celebrating Friday, I say we blame him for it.   

As teenagers young whippersnappers, we knew how impressed all the neighbors got at 3 in the morning when we came ying-ya-ying-ying-yinging into the neighborhood, pulling wheelies and exhibiting other great feats of riding "skill".  Why, the neighbors would call out words of encouragement from their windows and doors.  Sometimes when they were unsure, they would call the cops to make SURE we had arrived home safely.  I learned so many new words then......
