It’s time again for the Great Taste of the Midwest Beer Festival in Madison!

I will be taking it easy tonight since I will have over 500 beers to sample tommorrow  :o

The Great Taste is, the second longest-running craft beer festival in North America. This year, they expect 105+ breweries/brewpubs to be serving about 500 different beers right here in Madison, Wisconsin (Beer Capital of the Midwest!) in a beautiful lakeside setting with a view of the state capitol, great food,  and space to spread out on the grass in sun or shade and enjoy the beers and music.  :2vrolijk_21:


The Great Taste has a brand new layout this year. they fenced in more of the park, which should make for a roomier event. Instead of the three large tents that they have had for many years, there are five smaller ones, which means more brewers, shorter lines and better traffic flow. More tents also means more corners, so expect to see more creative and exciting booth displays. Check out the map!
