That's tempting.  Will have to find the October dates.  At least right now mid October is surprisingly unencumbered.

Just two weeks after the time away for MV.  That'll make it tougher.  Not impossible though.  Will start guarding some time a bit and see what I can make happen.

If you really want to get into it, get Charlie Papazian's book, The Complete Joy of Homebrewing. Great place to start, not a lot of BS that you don't need to get started, just the basic facts. Then as you go the Brewer's Companion by Randy Mosher, is a good book for when you start formulating your own recipes, Designing Great Beers by Ray Daniels is a pretty good. I wouldn't even bother with these last two books until you spend some time brewing from recipes you find in some from books, or on line clones.

I have been formulating my own recipes for the last 8 years, I have a 2" thick notebook filled with recipes. Designing Great Beers was a wealth of knowledge for understanding how ingredients effect the the flavor of the beer, After a few years of this you can just look at a recipe and pretty much predict what the beer will taste like  :drink:

Nice Fridge Rob, looks great  :2vrolijk_21:

I am guessing its like my coffee...fresh roasted coffee is simply amazing.  \

you could ride a scooter with the same results as riding your CVO...why not just get a scooter instead?

Where do you get your unroasted beens? What type of roaster do you have?

I drink mine black too, but must admit that I would get a mocha at work, they have one called a Monday morning mega monster, it was a mocha with three additional shots of espresso! It'll make you sweat. I also do a little Irish coffee in the winter too.

Coffee, black.  Morning only.

Except when I decide to have a cup after dinner.  Black then too......

except when I decide to add Bailys or Kahlua or Irish Whisky.

And to the urologist of my wasted young adulthood who told me I would never drink coffee or carbonated drinks again due to their fascination with roto rootering.... will not say where but never had THAT done either.....

Nyah, nyah, nya nyah naaaaaa!
