I'll see if he has any pictures of his plants and if so I'll post some.
He didn't have any pictures of his hops, but he said that after the move from old house to new, he didn't get any hops for two years. Just starting to get some about a 100 per plant now after three and a half years. He also reminded me of something. On our way to work in Boulder, there was an older house and on the wire fence at the corner was a vine growing that looked a lot like hops, watched it all summer it grew over the near by bushes and up a support wire for a telephone pole. buds came out on it and it was hops! Not sure how long they have been there. The guy who now lives in the house is a local Sheriff. I pulled a few off, but not sure what kind they are, but there's a lot of them each summer.
