Last one a little higher that that!!  I'd love to get some, I made a whiskey barrel stout once. I added steamed oak chips to my fermenter, then at bottling I added a cup of whiskey. It came out great!

Old Rasputin X Imperial Stout

Available only at the Brewery
Brewed in honor of the tenth anniversary of the introduction of Old Rasputin, this special limited bottling was released in January of 2007. Bottled in 500 ml. bottles with a cork and wire finish, Old Rasputin X was blended from beer aged for nine months in Bourbon barrels up to 12 years old.

Vital Statistics

Style: Barrel Aged
Color: Black
ABV: 11.6%Bitterness: 75 IBU's

No wonder I only got three down before settling in...Strong alky flavor not all that chocolatey to me...
I like the Rough Brewery for a Choc stout a little better, made awsome car bombs with it...

dont think harpoon will be installing the new tanks today. MA is under a state of emergency from a massive ICE storm

Too bad. I'm guessing that you're stocked up and can weather it. 'Twould suck to have an empty fridge during the storm.

Very windy here today.  Saw a tank installation that went very badly on a windy day.  Ice is not good.  Some trucker somewhere (with uninstalled tanks) probably has an interesting weekend ahead.
