SRL Mesh problem pairing

I would like to hear from anyone that has installed the new SRL Mesh (Shoei Notch 2 helmet) on their CVO. I had the SRL2 version and paired the headset to the radio and the phone to the radio.  Had no problems as I could use phone, radio and gps with sound through the headset.  I installed the Mesh system the same way, but cannot get any sound through the headset. Bike is a 2019 CVO StreetGlide with built in WHIM.

I may have to return the unit and go back to my SRL2 if I can't solve the pairing problem.  Sena technical has no answer other than to suggest I return the unit.

Anybody using this configuration with their Shoei helmet?
