The registry has been updated with "Ga_Puddles'" info. and is attached to the first post in this thread.  Including Teresa's, we've found 24 of the 64 produced, or just under 38%! :2vrolijk_21:

WooHoo!!! Just 40 more to go!!! Any way of checking insurance records of some type, to get any that might have been totalled? That might account for a couple more. I hope none were accounted for that way of course. Just sayin.... ;)

I know where another Blue3 is located.  It's in the Daytona area of Florida.  I tried to get her to add hers to the registry but she's afraid it will give someone info to come and steal hers.

Ye Teresa, there are some folks who are worried about that; guess I can't blame her in a way. These days with computer records  and such; anyone could bust into the DMV records ( except me) and find an address also. Keep talkin to her and maybe someone brighter than me can come up with a way to identify it for registry records only...Blaine

Maybe you could get her to join here and then PM it to Brian and Brian could put it on his sheet but not post on the site...Just a thought  :2vrolijk_21:

Blaine's right.  If someone wants that info. for the intent of doing something like that, they're gonna get it whether we post it here or not.  But I can certainly appreciate someone's concern along those lines.  If she has a change of heart, by all means, pass the info. along.  If not, it would be great if she'd at least join the site . . . with no pressure to provide the VIN to her blue 3 if she didn't want to!!

Brian is also correct in stating that NO PRESSURE will be placed on your friend; we would love to have her join us as a member of our site and our FXR section. Please do not think I would only want to get her on the site for the VIN only; never meant it that way and I'm confident Brian wasn't suggesting I was either. We always welcome new members with open arms and their privacy will always be respected...Blaine  :2vrolijk_21:

anyone can walk up to her bike on the street and get the VIN number ...... that's no big deal
cars you look right through the window and get the VIN

just having the VIN doesn't give away personal identity .............

having said that, and given today's environment about identity theft, I can appreciate persons concerns over such matters.
