Interesting question.  Mine just crapped out on my 08 CVO Ultra (16,600 miles).  I can no longer scroll up/down through stations or cd's.  Seems to be hanging on by a thread (no pun intended).

Mine will scroll down but when you scroll up it changes modes instead of stations/tracks.
