Diagnostic code help
« on: June 11, 2011, 11:09:57 PM »

I just installed a set of Wild 1 bars on my 11 CVO street glide, after taking it for a ride the noticed that the check engine light is on and the engine doesn't have good power, check the self check code and it came up with a P1510 and P2138. The P2138 is a Twist grip sensor correlation error, the P1510 is a EFI limited performance code, anyone have thoughts on what could have happened.

DAW,  if your connections are good, chances are the TGS didnt survive the pull.
Same thing happen to me. I used the SEST Software and could watch my sensor work from 0-100%, all wires ohmed just fine but the codes kept coming back.  $90 later with a new sensor and all is well.

Good luck
