Is that the definition of a  Bavarian woody?

Bike is not all that bad.....the side wood looks like doo-doo, IMO that is..... ;D

1. The wood is just. so. wrong.
2. The unfinished exposed welds on the exhaust couldn't possibly have come from Beemer for public display.
3. It looks "Nessy"
4. Oh, yeah, I don't particularly like it.

Thank you, Dayne66 for providing the pics that the O.P failed to provide.

I would ask of you a small favor... could you maybe re-size (to, say, 1000 px wide) that so that my browser doesn't go nuts?

Here's a cropped and resized version.

Jerry

Btw, looks a lot like a Ness custom, but I think it was a collaboration with one of the other aftermarket "stylists".  The station wagon wood panel look sucks of course, and the cobbled together exhaust looks worse than what most amateurs could do.  Other than that, to each his own.

It does look like a custom from one of the "regulars" and while it is interesting and not a bad looker, it just hit me what it reminded me of...... ;D

I thought wood paneling went out of style in the 70s?  Replace the wood with carbon fiber, ditch the Star War's exhaust, and it's not bad....not my style, but not bad.

It turns out it wasn't Ness, but Roland Sands.  Just shows that they copy each other in the aftermarket just like the designers and stylists in the auto industry copy each other.

Folks can do an internet search for "BMW Concept 101" and find several articles if they're interested.
