Pittbull or J&S ?
« on: March 23, 2007, 01:34:22 AM »

Don't mean to revisit the jack Question.  If price wasn't the main concern, is the pittbull with the new turn table the way to go?  The other draw for me is the extra lift height.  I know many own the J&S, I would never knock it, but is pittbull the best?

I am sold on the J&S.  I have other Pitbull products and like them. J&S customer service wins my decision for me :2vrolijk_21:

I have the J&S

My understanding the Pittbull is a great lift.

But after listening to TC's glowing recommendation of the J&S that was my choice.

After using it I have to agree with Terry!

Thanks for the replies.  I can't seem to find what the overall lift is for the J&S.  Could someone post that when they get a chance?  24" of lift is the main thing  that had me interested in the Pittbull.  Thanks again. 8)

I found the 19" under the 900# SEUC2 to be enough for my needs.  sometimes inches count :nixweiss: sometimes not :nervous:

That is an impressive lift.  I especially like the way it locks and that the manufacturer has an attachment to assist when draining oil.  I'm sure we all know how nasty that job can be if your not careful.
