I was going to say, bikes are going to sound like 16 wheelers with that many gears!  ;D

I read about it in this months V-Twin ,  I 'm quite happy with my 6 , the only thing I'd like to dump is the whine , which isn't really that bad.  I think the gear spacing is great ,  much better than the last 2 5 speeds I had ( a 3.37 and  a 3.15)

If you want to get rid of the 5th gear whine, Baker has a product called F6F (see http://www.bakerdrivetrain.com/cruisedrive/index.htm#f6f). It replaces the stock straight-cut gears for 5th with helical cut gears. It also includes a new tranny door and bearings and so forth to beef up the CruiseDrive 6.

If that's not enough for you, Baker also has the F6R which will adds a reverse gear to the CruiseDrive 6.

Thanks!
