Was thinking about adding that air cleaner to my SERK but when I sat on a bike in the showroom that had one it seemed like it would be in the way of my leg more than I was comfortable with.  Do you like it?

Yes I like it. If anything it takes the filter out of the way of my leg but that may be helped by the fact you sit lower on the Springer.

Nice lookin Springer. I was at a HOG meeting last night and followed a pal home who has the SE Springer. Sure looked cool cool with that 200 back end. Nice pipes and neat A/C cover too.

How's the ride - what extras did you add.  Have you expreienced any problems with overheating.  Great looking Springer which dealership did you go through.
I'm from Canterbury area - my SERK arrives in June.

Current extras include:
V&H Big Radius Pipes
Screamin Eagle Heavy Duty Breather
V&H Fuelpak (with Active Intake Mod) - currently the only way I know of, to clear active intake issues on HDI models.
Sissy Bar & Pad
Billet Mirrors
Fender Rack and Detachable Saddlebags currently being fitted, so that I can still attend Rallies in Uk and Europe.
and just ordered set of chrome bolt toppers from States

and to think I told the Wife I wouldn't need to buy any bits for this bike !

Hi Scratchy,

thanks to your picture and pm I have ordered the Screamin Eagle Heavy Duty Breather which took almost six weeks to get here in Germany. It is now on my SERK and looks so cool. I am really happy the huge breadbox is gone. I'll have it performance tested very soon!

After I got the info from Scratchy, I have added that air filter to my SERK3. It looks great, works fine (with a PC III), and it is not in the way. Although I did a long ride in the rain (unfortunately), it did not cause any problems.
