Glad to do it.  Many of the numbers were a mystery for much too long.  The CVO community needs ready access to this info, IMHO.

I called the motor company about my 07 fxstsse canyon copper (red) to ask if I could get info on the 3 colors made that year and the amounts of each. I don't have it handy but I recall about 2500 total and the canyon copper was 693, not over 1,000 as said in the post with all the stats. They put it on HD stationary and I keep it as evidence of the rarity of this bike.

I don't know what to tell you.  All these stats came directly from H-D, and most via e-mail in a spreadsheet with international breakdown.

Rarity is relative.  I have non-HD bikes that were low-double-digit or single-digit production.

UPDATE!!!!

I have further corresponded with H-D and will have absolute confirmation soon of ALL the totals presented above AND all the international breakdowns of EVERY color of EVERY model of EVERY year for CVOs in EVERY country.

Once compiled and posted, it should be the absolute last word on complete and accurate production numbers for all CVOs in all markets.  Stay tuned if you're interested.  :-)

I have received all the expanded International breakdown of all CVO Production Numbers for every country of every model of every color.  There are a handful of updates that supercede previous posted numbers, but I'll explain those individually when I get everything compiled and formatted to post.

These numbers are all direct copy/paste from H-Ds internal database, so they are comprehensive and definitive.  (The previous list is 98% correct.  Just a few stray numbers for a couple of reasons.)

I received every CVO production number in H-Ds database, and will be posting the comprehensive list in just a bit.  The info again confirms the numbers in the previous list in this thread.

I have no idea why the incorrect numbers were sent to you, but I've confirmed the 2007 FXSTSSE numbers 3 times personally.  Call/write again and see what numbers you receive.  I'm betting they'll match the info in this thread.

HERE IT IS!!!!  THE KING DADDY EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF ALL CVO PRODUCTION NUMBERS FOR EVERY YEAR OF EVERY MODEL FOR EVERY COUNTRY!

This information was received via e-mails that were a direct copy/paste from H-Ds internal database, so this is THE comprehensive and definitive list for thorough accuracy.  Approximately 98% of the previous list was correct, but there are a handful of updates for several reasons which I'll outline specifically.  I had previously gotten the remaining numbers after compiling all the various H-D responses on this site.  A few of those were incomplete or incorrect by a small margin.  I undertook this project because I felt the list was almost accurate, but had a few question-marks about some listed below.

This has all taken about 50 hours of compilation, and I've proofread it several times; but I welcome any and all to advise me of any typos or incorrect addition, etc., and I invite any questions for clarification.  I've added sub-totals for USA totals and INT'L totals in brackets.  I've indicated all SPECIAL and NO COLOR ON BUILD stats in parentheses.

UPDATES:
~  1999 FXR3 Candy Emerald Green was previously reported as 620 (typo?); the corrected number is 621.
~  2000 FLTRSEI Both colors were previously reported excluding CAL units at 730/685; the correct numbers are 793/768.
~  2003 FXSTDSEI Black/Gold Annie was previously reported according to the CVO website estimate of 2,950; the corrected number is 3,080.
~  2008 FLHTCUSE3 Copper/Black Annie was previously reported according to the projected number on the badge of 1,800; the corrected number is 1,731.
~  2009 FLHTCUSE4 Ruby Red/Typhoon Maroon was previously reported as 1,255 (typo?); the corrected number is 1,155.
~  2007 FLHRSE3 / 2008 FLHRSE4 / 2009 FLTRSE3 / 2010 FXDFSE2 each were previously reported with no JPN units produced.  This is because each of them utilize a different internal model code and were referred to with slightly different model designations.  Because of that, they weren't in the same section of the database to be reported with the rest of the markets.  The JPN numbers have been added and the totals updated to reflect the corrected numbers.
~  2009 FLHTCUSE4 / 2010 FLHXSE / 2010 FLHTCUSE5 each were previously reported with JPN units produced because they were the same internal model code and therefore need no correction.
~  Still awaiting International breakdown on VRXSE and VRSCX.  Coming soon.
(I'll correct these on the previous list.)
