It would be gone like a wild goose in winter.

Better get on with it ..... spring is just around the corner.

I assume this question is more for the newer models, that have had on going problems.
I have a 2005 SE Fat Boy, that is problem free and I intend to keep it forever. If I had problems with it and could get what I have in it, I would dump it in a minute. I don't have the patience to be constantly going to the dealer to hope they will resolve on going problems.

The important part of the questions was, ..."if you could get close to what you have in it."  No way is anyone going to pay over thirty thousand for a known problem child.

I currently have no plans to get rid of either of the bikes here.  But I keep trying to sell Brian's.

Crap.  Haven't you taken enough blows to the head or been too close to enough concussive blasts to start forgetting this chit?

If I could get every dollar back that I put into her I would sell it in a heart beat. There is something wrong when a person pays around 30K and has to do basic upgrades for heat, lighting etc. If I had the chance for a do over I would have a bike custom built. The cost would be about the same but I wouldn't have to do so much a second time around. Why did you start this  ? Now I'm thinking again and nothing good ever comes from that!

I love my Nemo.  It reminds me of my wife.  Once in a while if I don't have the radio loud enough I can here her whine and she may leak a little, but she's the most wonderful thing in my life.   :-* I've never considered trading her in... Even if I got all my money back.

Ride Safe,

All of mine are keepers! I am very satisfied with them all even if they mark their territory now and then. Oil leaks are fixable, as with all the other minor issues.

Good possibility.  My 08 SERK is on its third oil leak in a year.  If this latest fix does not correct the leaks, this bike is history.

So far 54% of us are on the same page, or we just bought the right one.

Howie must be sleeping or maybe just out for a ride. 2 pages of posts and no response. Maybe he is  just thinking about buying a new one.
