How to contact the MOCO????

Since the MOCO doesn't have a way to email them what kind of responce do you get when you call the Customer Service phone number? I really want to let them know about the piss poor headlight they put on my $32,000 motorcycle >:(. Evertime I ride after dark I get pissed again.

The shop manual has the phone number in the first few pages.
