Title: ABS -- Filling a hole
Post by: charles05663 on August 11, 2021, 11:41:12 PM
Hello Everyone,

I took a TV antenna off the roof of my RV.  There was a 1" hole under the antenna and I would like to fill it.  The roof is made of a ABS laminate wood.

Would something like JB Weld PlasticWeld do the job or would there be something better?

  :nixweiss:

That should work fine depending on how deep the hole it.  More than 1/2 inch deep and I would find a plastic disc to fill in majority of the space and then top it off with the plasticweld.
