That's MSRP... if it truly is the end of CVO's (thought the narrator said more CVO's to come though) then I can only imagine what some "stealerships" will mark them up to. :shocked2:

Tend to agree.  Looks like a 1-off phase out, & with an 80s looking nostalgia paint package. $54,049 MSRP delivered before tax.  Bike will be $58,000+ in most of USA, figuring MSRP plus sales tax.

Or they might do another CVO or 2 later in 2023, prior to the 120th in Milwaukee?

On a more positive note - the pics of the graphics look good on the website, interesting & while no interest in a purchase would like to see this bike in person, in sunlight.

I've never been a "red" guy, but that is one gorgeous paint scheme.    :2vrolijk_21:

Dare I say the best in years with all due respect to the ones who purchased a CVO in the past few years.   ;D

Now if I only had $70k CND that I no longer wanted, I might be tempted.

Sorry but those gold accents look like AutoZone bolt on parts off the "bling" shelf ....

It’s a pretty paint scheme. Never been a fan of those gigantic tank badges.

Glad I got my Orange CVO RGL last year and didn't wait for this year, IMO that paint reminds me of the 60's vinyl faux-wood-grain cars.

I think there was a Goldwing with that paint scheme back in the 70s or 80s.  Hoo-hummmm......no imagination.

It's a Honda Davidson.  Not sure who would buy who & take over but at this rate the way this CVO looks, don't think it matters all that much. Probably would look better with this Honda engine.....

A "Paint by Numbers" bike cannot be that far in the future.  Option would be $3k extra of course.

As soon as these are all spoken for, sold, they'll release other CVO's that you "wish" you had known about first... :)

Cant see the 7K price jump between 2022 and 2023.

54K plus tax is insane for a bike on a bike on a 14 year old frame and design.  Every touring bike on the market has it beat in suspension and handling, most also in power.

That said, its us loyalist that are keeping them floating.  I would have loved to bough last years CVO Road Glide.

My dealer said there will be only one of these anniversary CVO Road Glides allocated per dealer. Only 550 total in the US. There are over 600 Harley Dealers in the US.
They will be pricey!

I think that about right. below is from Rider magazine:

This commemorative design will be offered on the following serialized models:

Ultra Limited Anniversary (production limited to 1,300 motorcycles globally)
Tri Glide Ultra Anniversary (1,100 motorcycles)
Street Glide Special Anniversary (1,600 motorcycles)
Road Glide Special Anniversary (1,600 motorcycles)
Fat Boy 114 Anniversary (3,000 motorcycles)
Heritage Classic 114 Anniversary (1,700 motorcycles)

There are 675 Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United States as of January 16, 2023. The state with the most number of Harley-Davidson locations in the US is California, with 48 dealerships, which is about 7% of all Harley-Davidson dealerships in the US.
With that being said it's likely that there will only be 500 of them in the US. Of the 675 US dealerships some probably haven't met the standards/criteria to acquire one. or multiple dealerships owned by the same person(s) which may limit them to only 1. :nixweiss:

I currently own 2 Harleys. I have owned 5 Harleys total. All twin cams. This new cvo looks good. But any Harleys I own in the future, will be pre-twin cams. Maybe an evo or a shovel.

There will be way more than 550 in the USA.  We are by far the largest market.  More are sold in the USA and Canada than the rest of the world added together.  Probably more sold in the USA alone than the rest of the world including Canada.

Limited models like this go to dealers based on sales criteria, just like CVO's.  Some dealers get one or none.  Other dealers get several.

My bet, you're dealer just wants to add a huge ADM.  Does he sell CVO's for MSRP, last year and the years before?

My dealer is the largest single source Harley dealer in the country and I’m sure they would be at the top of the list for any extra CVOs.
They do not sell at MSRP but if you have a trade in that price is high as well so the bottom line is very competitive. They sold a lot of CVOs last year and none sat on the showroom floor very long.
I got mine last year so I’m set!
