Were you able to find the EPC tips at any discount from the EPC website?

I kept mine  :) I'm a little spoiled with the new stereo.  I'm thinking about upgrading the amp on mine.   I know if I do this,  it looks like I will need new speakers again.  Those look like 2 ohm will go with the hog tunes amp.  Mine of course are 4ohm.  :nixweiss:   Question for Brian.   Does the hog pod make a difference?  Would you do it again,,,    I'm thinking about how I hate to get out my drill.   :

I got them off of one of their eBay auctions.  I'm not sure if that was a discounted price, or not.  I wasn't aware they had a website :-[ so was just comparing to other 3" Rinehart tip auctions.  Sorry.  Good question, though!

Stu, the tweeter pod makes a HUGE difference.  Give Pez a shout, he'll set you up.  If you didn't want to do the rear speakers, a single REV 70.2 amp will power 2 of their 2 ohm speakers and the tweeter pod.  You won't have bass like you have with the saddlebag speakers in your SESG, but the volume, clarity and imaging will be there.  The Hogtunes stuff is an incredible value.  And if you have Pez source the painting of the tweeter pod for you, it's all plug-n-play (once you drill the holes, that is! :)).

No more reflectors!

And a flush mounted front axle would finish it off nicely :huepfenlol2:

Brian,, I always heard nothing but great things about Pez.   For some reason years ago, everyone here was talking up the Hawg Wired stuff. I thought it was ok, but that was it.  I have no intentions of selling my Seeg. So I will give him a call and talk to him about the same items you have. I am really glad to hear that you like the hog pod.  It looks great that it's painted to match.  I don't use my tour pack all that often,,  that's another ason that I never put speakers in them.   Thanks for the feed back.   :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks, Chip!  They will be gone in 3 weeks! :2vrolijk_21:

Looking good Brian.

Good looking bike.

Holy crap!  The highest of all compliments!  One from a red SEEG owner, the other from a SESG convert.  Take that, Tractor Boy! :sauer021: :huepfenlol2: :zroflmao:

Very true Chip.  I think mine says hello to me when I walk by her. Sometimes I feel like I'm cheating on the Seeg when I ride the new bike.   Now that's pretty weird!!   :nixweiss:

Well, there's a story behind that and it shoulda been on there for these pics, but as soon as Puzzled gets more 1" flush mount axles in stock, it'll be on there, pronto! :2vrolijk_21:
