MIne comes on almost every time it's started and goes out as soon as you start moving. I don't pay attention to it anymore.

This system has so many little "quirks" it is silly.  :-\
I had the new firmware flash done about 4 weeks ago, and now the clock keeps time, but every once in a while
it flashes the "No Fob" and then sometimes the 'Low Fuel" light comes on and then goes off  :nixweiss:
One dealer told me to replace the battery in the FOB, did that, still happens. I don't think they or MoCo knows.  :nixweiss:

I'm with Mr.W on this one !

Lever, as noted there are several other threads on this site regarding quirky electronics on the ConV.  Lo fuel, no fob, various warning indicators all appear on startup.  There is a dealer reflash that has worked for some guys, not all. I personally believe, ass others have pointed out, that it is an intermittent faulty ground.  I tightened all my electrical connections and that worked for me.  Good luck with yours until the MoCo addresses this issue.

The low fuel light comes on during the initial self test when the ignition is first switched on and then goes out. I think it would light when the range is down to 40 mile. By coincidence last night my 2011 had 42 miles left according to the range indicator but then ran out, leaving me stranded! Needless to say the low fuel light had not come on and the flush led gauge was still reading one led. Not a happy end to a good ride on the continent.
