Awesome exhaust note! Now if I could only find a way to put that engine/trans in my bike and make it shaft drive ... I think I would finally have the bike of my dreams. I would gladly trade some of that handling/speed to keep all my creature comforts to have a reliable, fully liquid cooled engine & good trans in a real bagger.



Maybe in a couple years they'll make a V-8 version and put it in a real bagger? That I would sell my left nut for!

They are a bit on the pricey side (yes, I know how silly that sounds coming from a CVO owner) but Motus produces a nice bike.  The V4 is a hoot.

Looks like the MST is $32K with the MST R at $39K.  Not many dealers at this point either (none in TN) but you have to start somewhere and from the reviews, they've made a great beginning.

Don't know how far you are from Birmingham but that's where Motus is HQ'd...my brother went down there and said the guys there are really cool, let him tour the shop and told him all kinds of stuff about the engines and performance specs.

While you are here might as well run on over to Confederate Cycles HQ, also a bunch of really cool guys.

And you might as well go out to Barber's Motorcycle museum overlooking the race track but be prepared to have your mind BLOWN, it is incredible!!!

The engine is awesome!  The only thing I don't like about it is that the oil filter is upright and does not sit directly over the frame or anything else with nooks and crannies...terrible design.  I mean how else are you going to spill oil all over the front of your bike with this design, hell you might even be tempted to fill the filter up with oil before you put it on and keep the motor from running without oil for that split second.  We all know that the side mounted filter is the best possible design especially when mounted above the voltage regulator and its wiring.

Skip right to 1:18 to get past the musical intro. This one picks up the sound of the bike real good, but he sounds like a giddy little girl, especially when he lifts the front a wheel ... lol.

Yep, oil changes would be a treat on these things without a doubt! They are pricey, but looks like a good quality machine for your money. Only problem is I hate chain driven bikes and the majority of all the real performers are just that. Sloppy, dirty, sling crap all over you and the bike .... have to clean/lube them and if you put on any kind of real mileage you'll be replacing it every year. I don't believe those o rings hold all that grease in once the chain gets hot. They claim 20,000 miles and life on the sprockets, not sure I fall for that either.

I would still love to have one ... if only I was rich.

No chain for me either and you're right, if they build a good looking bagger to wrap around that motor, they would really have something but the price point would probably be so high no one could afford it.  $60,000? More?

Would also like to see some fat heat shields around those headers, they just look kinda puny.

don't leak ,ain't loud , no ape hangers, no chrome, ain't know harley rider gonna want that, them riders have no tattoos, no guns,  and they where helmets, they don't drink and drive, they don't cuss, and they go to church,why post that stuff on here, get real!!!ARE WE NOT MEN,? lol...lol
