Title: 16 CVO FLTRUSE, 255's ,Fullsac DX Pipe, CVO Cans 1.75, Powervision
Post by: Texas 103 on October 03, 2016, 11:44:44 AM
Had Ed put his magic on my'16 CVO yesterday with Power Vision . Pleased with the numbers  "school bus" cams , stock 110 ..Fullsac DX pipe, CVO Cans 1.75 cores. Probably could have made a couple more on the big end for braggin rights with 2.0" cores... but that's not where I ride. Probably 85-90% of the time between 2500--3500. Making 112 Ft pounds @ 2250, all in at 116 @2800, pleased with curve. Pulls like a freight train, hits hard for a stocker..Thinking the 1.75 cores helped that without giving up a bunch on the other end.

A big thanks to Steve @ Fullsac,Steve@ GMR, Harry and Ed@Dyno Difference. Was going to throw the SE 585 cams at it and the consensus was ... just ride it and enjoy it ,   you won't like it without compression, at least 10.5 and it  will  be a turd down low where you  ride. SO ..I listened . Plan it to do a 117 build over after my year end bonus, then we'll play a little bit... Gonna head to Harry's next week for Biketoberfest and put some miles on it

Tough to beat a properly tuned stage 1 255  :2vrolijk_21:

I'd take the 117 money..........Ride, travel & enjoy  ;D

I had a similar setup, DX with Crushers. I loved it! 112TQ at 2250k is nuts! You can start a stump removal service with that bike.

Good numbers!  I have the DX pipes and 2.0 cores.  In case you were interested, I went the extra step and installed the SE 585 cams and got her tuned.  I was looking for the torque curve to shift to the right; but I wasn't expecting the HP bump.  This suits me very well.  It's an option if the 117 upgrade is too pricey.

Very Nice!! Thanks for posting, guess this shoots a hole in that " lose it down low theory"  may have to rethink the SE 585 thing. That is a nice upgrade without giving up much of anything, nice tune, good combo. You should be a happy camper on that baby!   Got the '585's sitting on the shelf ... when I get back from Harry's lol..

HP is a byproduct of the TQ moving to the right based on how it's calculated. But to also GAIN on the low end.....you have a mean runnin' machine!
