Title: TriGlide Muffler Baffle
Post by: Sapman on December 11, 2022, 11:02:41 PM
2020 CVO TriGlide has a loose baffle in the right muffler. Looks like the weld broke. Dealer never saw it before and of course, the ESP won’t cover it. Over $400 for just one muffler. Anyone have luck welding the baffle back in?

Consider a local muffler shop. It does not have to be one that specializes in motorcycles. You could also speak to Steve at Fullsac. Finally, This Thread has useful information: Installing Fullsac Baffles on 09 CVO Road Glide (http://Installing Fullsac Baffles on 09 CVO Road Glide)

If a local muffler shop will not weld it back in, then try Fullsac.  His baffles are inexpensive, and he gives a discount for forum users.  They are not very difficult to install.  They work well and very popular on this site.
