Heat shields with fullsac system

I ordered the 2" baffles and true dual system from Fullsac.  I already have Bub 7 true duals on the bike now, I'm thinking of using the heat shields from that system for the Fullsac system.  I'm not crazy about the look of the stock shields pieced together like the Fullsac instructions suggest.  Has anyone who has the Fullsac true duals used a different heat shield system?
