1 - TTS Software all updated via TTS Software Updater.
2 - Downloaded and save first VIN.MTE
3 - Followed all instructions per TTS Manual, TTS Dummies Guide and YouTube Video.

4 - Opened MasterTune, Ctrl+P, Get ECM info CAL ID: shows "Ctd044-03" (this is the file I uploaded).

5 - Lock Status: stills shows "ECM Good" and not "Locked to Vehicle".

Cable kit is a TTS products.

What am I doing wrong???

Your doing nothing wrong.  Try to collect data using vtune.  If you can.  You have a TTS cal in it.  Vtune only works with a TTS cal.

 Shouldn't ECM Status: now show "ECM Locked"?

You're good to go.  The "Lock Status" was removed about 1 year ago and replaced with "ECM status".  Your TTS calibration is installed, you can see this by looking at the "CAL ID" field.

If you look at your pictures there is No Locked Status being shown, Only ECM Status. As has been stated by others your good to go.
