If I go ahead and use my FP3 on my 19’ can the dealership see I have tuned it if I put the stock tune back on it before they see the bike if it ever needs warranty work?

I have heard that there is a date tag stored for reflashes  and that Harley can tell if the system has been recently reflashed.    I have also talked to Vance and Hines Tech Support and they stated that they can only guarantee that the original map will go back on the PCM.  They cannot guarantee that it cannot be detected.  I posted a screen shot of the Chat session with them that includes the persons name at Vance And Hines in a previous CVO Harley Thread about this if you want to dig for it!
