I don't know the spec, however will advise you be careful when installing those three bolts. My brother recently installed two and a half. When I removed the throttle body to make the repair after snapping one off prior to it being tight I found metal shavings shoved out the back of each hole, from where the new bolts are not cut correctly and a good deal of interference took place. Suggest running a tap through the throttle body or a die on the bolts before you install, just my FYI. At the least turn your bolt back and forth as you work it in so assure a good fitments.

I had to take my K&N filter equipped Ventilator off and replace it so that it could get enough air to break 100 hp. With the Heavy Breather installed with the cloth reusable filtered(K&N)oiled and installed and jumped to 117 hp. I watched the whole thing happen and would never have believed it if I had not seen it with my own eyes. I have a 103 with a SE Race Kit, Stage IV with the 58mm TB and it runs strong!!

Three studs to throttle body >  55-60 in-lbs

Three screws to studs  >  55-60 in-lbs

One screw to secure cover > 36-60 in-lbs, use blue loctite

Two screws for cover insert > no spec given
