View TTS Data with Android?
« on: June 06, 2013, 03:22:04 PM »

I'm having trouble "filling all the boxes" when making TTS data runs on my bike. Does anyone know of an App I could use to connect my Android phone (or tablet) to my PC with a USB cable? If my phone (or tablet) shows what's on the laptop screen, it would be a lot easier to know what data I'm missing. Then I could just mount the phone/tablet on my handlebars to see what's going on while I'm riding.

Or maybe someone could recommend a set of steps to go through while riding that would ensure I fill in all the boxes?

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide!

What a pain that can be!

I found a 12VDC monitor on Ebay that had HDMI input so I can connect that to my laptop.  Problem is that HDMI plugs don't have any thumbscrews to secure the plug like a DB9 serial does.  So I have to be careful how the laptop is placed in the tourpak so the connection doesn't get loose.  By the time I did all that I should have just bought a PowerVision and been done with it (comes with its own screen).

I have tried V-tuning "blind" and even though I've got experience in watching the cells fill up I can never hit as many cells as I do while watching it live.
