I shopped a while and had a dealer in New York say ok to $33,000.00 [11fltruse] but because we live in Indiana I got one from an Indiana dealer for $34,000.00 no destination charge or set up, #s sound bout rite to me.

He would never sell me anything, even a T-shirt.  I'd rather spend the $3k on a trailer that I would then haul to the closest dealer that isn't a crook and buy from him.  The crooks stay in business only because the locals tolerate the gouging.

;D    Yeah, I always loved that with the dealers in my area.  They run these big customer appreciation day events, often two or three times a year when times were good, with live entertainment and free food.  They always made out like a bandit because the attendees spent more on clothing and accessories than the dealer did on the food and entertainment.  And even if the dealer hadn't made out on the stuff he sold, he had already made millions on these same people anyway.

Any Harley dealer who was in business in the 1990's and early 2000's, and isn't a multimillionaire, is either a really lousy businessman or the unluckiest person on the planet.  When you look at the markup on their products and compare to most other business's (other than jewelry stores), a Harley franchise over that period was better than owning a gold mine.

I showed that website to my salesman and his boss. Was told by the sales manager that he believes MoCo has a lawsuit aimed at getting that info removed..... again, that came from the mouth of a sales manager. ::)

Like the saying goes ... "Gotta pay to play". After the experience with my old '05 SEEG and all it's problems I vowed to stay away from CVOs and I stuck to my guns this far. They are nice bikes, but to me not worth all the extra $ for what you get. The way I see is just buy an Ultra and throw a little coin at it and still come out with a nice bike for far less than a CVO. When you want something bad enough you will pay for it no matter what the cost and HD knows it so they will still have no problem unloading new CVOs even at $40g+ ... but not from this guy they won't. I'm still smiling with shallow pockets and a nice ride ... a bike is a bike so enjoy it whether it's a CVO or not.

Stopped in the local dealer the other day to see the new bikes. 2015 CVO Limited on the floor for 42K! I bought my 2011 CVO Ultra for MSRP. I guess the are getting greedy these days. The 2015 didn't do anything for me to drop that kind of coin for a new CVO. I don't see a new CVO in the future for me.

i don't even like the new2015. lot of really cheap looking stuff. (shifter linkage looks like standard rather than billeted, same with brake lever for rear.) I'll keep what i got.

My local just sold a 2014 CVO Ultra for around 32,500, assuming that is the same price we were offered this past Friday.
