Who with a CVO Breakout hold the record for tank and fender replacement due to rust under the clear coat, and which colours are effected and which are see no rust.
My CVO 2014 Molten Silver is now having its 2nd tank replaced and Fender replaced.

2013 Molten Silver. No tank or front fender issues. Getting my second rear fender now. They fixed it before for bubbling on the aft lip clear coat. The fender is getting replaced now due to rust where the seat bolts come through.

On my third rear fender and second tank. throw in the rear wheel, and brake master cylinder for peeling chrome. not to mention that the powder coating continues to fall off the engine. With the lemon law layers now. such a shame that HD cant make it right.

2013 Candy Gold, replaced Tank , now rear fender.
