We lost Bonnie on Nov 25. She was 12, had health issues, and hip displasia(sp) from 6 months on. She adapted and had a great life, we'll miss her. She showed no sign of passing till the last hour. We were very sad but both realized it was better, she had been on borrowed time for awhile.

 I'm sure we'll be looking for a new pup this spring.

So sorry to hear of your loss.

I put my oldest kitty down on Nov 22. She was 15 1/2. She had thyroid problems and then her kidneys failed that week and I didn't want her to suffer.

I'm sorry for your loss. Ain't it great the four-legged chewing machines become such a large part of our lives? Came home did a little yard work and even at 8 weeks, they can't miss a chance to jump in a new raked pile of leaves.

She's a beaut alright Mike - she had her first day on a Pheasant & Partridge shoot with me yesterday. She did pretty well once she realised what was going on.
