Windshield bag
« on: April 16, 2011, 07:56:08 AM »

Has anyone installed a windshield bag on the 2011 CVO Ultra. I have noticed in the catalog all windshield bags say they can't be installed on CVO's with GPS. Also has anyone wired around the rear amp in order to improve power output to all speakers. Is that very involved?

Thanks

I bought the Fox Creek single windshield pouch. It is made very well. It fits perfect with the front edge of the dash pad on my cvo ultra. I'm attaching 2 pictures. As you can see there would be a problem with a triple pouch due to the Zumo GPS mount on the left.

What is holding the bag up there?

It's a windshield mount bag, which means it has a black metal plate on back that sticks down between the fairing and windshield. Just loosen the four front windshield screws to loosen it up a bit and slide the pouch plate down. Tighten and your done in 2 minutes flat.

Thank you, I thought maybe there was velcro on the bottom. Obviously I have never had one.
