A chrome paper clip might have been a better choice, but all in all it looks good.

(I also use paperclips for zipper pulls).

I did this on the cuff zipper for one of my "high quality" HD jackets when the HD branded zipper pull broke off. Works good. Lasts a long time. Looks like chit............but it is functional. My wife made note of the deepening of the crimson tint on my neck.

Sorry Gary, that chrome duct tape is reserved for "bike only" applications. All other applications get the conventional Grey color.....like my helmet cam!
