Yes it is, and I am glad to see the PGR and American Legion stand up for the boy!  The political correctness in this country has gotten out of hand when you can't display our national flag!

KCRA is a Sacramento tv station but it was on the national news at the same time.  Denair is down south, I think it's down by Fresno.

The poor kid and his family was inundated with news media, local and national, to the point where a few days later he was pleading for them to all leave so his life could get back to normal.  He wasn't prepared for that kind of publicity but all of a sudden he was the most popular kid on the school.
