I went with Bob Woods TW-7H, SE Roller Rockers, SE 58mm throtle body with matching injectors, and V&H true duals with Monster Rounds highout put mufflers and to make it all work is TTS auto tune.....dyno 117hp/121tq.  No head work.......stock piston's. Runs great and pull trailer great. Average 45 mpg w/o trailer.

Did I mention that it runs good ??? :2vrolijk_21:

CVOryan,

I am glad you are happy with the way your bike runs / tows and as long as you are happy its all good and thats the only thing that really matters, but I call foul on the 117 hp portion of it.  Had you said 115 /105 or somewhere in that area yep its being done all the time, but not 117 hp.   It aint gonna happen on an honest dyno though.   Most guys didnt see near 115-120 HP without going to headwork, and more compression.   These 110 bikes were approx 105/110 tq and 84-90 hp depending on the day / dyno and tuner.

So you would believe 115hp but not 117......that's only 2 hp difference. I had it run 3 times on the same dyno....all 3 times it got close to the same numbers.

CVOryan,

Sorry I was not saying 115 horsepower I was saying 115 torque .. 105 horsepower.   I think you are being mislead by your tuner.  Again it doesnt matter if your happy, but people might look at your combination and say wow that is the cheapest 22-30 hp i can gain out there and I believe having done these mods its an inflated number.  I think if you do a good search of the site you will see that your numbers are about again approx 10 to 12 higher maybe more than most everyone else that has done any combination excluding headwork, decking, or spin dropping of the heads or higher compression pistons.

Check out these threads as well.
