Header exhaust
« on: November 17, 2019, 11:07:05 AM »

Took motorcycle in for 27,500 mile service which was really at about 28,500 after finishing up a trip.  While waiting the technician came out and said there was crack in the exhaust manifold/header pipe.  Had the stock swapped out for a FuelMoto when purchased.  The crack was just after the "x" where spit back into two and was just about the whole way around.  There was about an inch or so that was still intact.  Swapped this with a Cobra powerport duals header pipes.  Has anyone else had a crack develop in the manifold/exhaust header pipe?   :nixweiss:
